[Segsuggestion] Add a config to change the dead zone for consoles

the current experience of sensitivity on consoles doesn't give much precision when playing as Assassin. I usually put the dead zone of my controller very low so I have more precision and can turn my camera without needing much touch. The current experience in DBD makes the camera not have a good accuracy and I feel that the gameplay gets more robotic because the rotation of the camera happens in parts and not smoothly as it could be
