DBD Banning Escalation needs ONE change

IMO, the banning escalation process in DBD is a very good addition for the game, but I do have one suggestion to make it slightly better and forgiving, in a way.

I have been playing this game for a while now, and having all the characters and perks in the game, P100 Leon and over 1400 hours played, this is the best multyplayer game of all time, in my opinion at least.

Now, going back to the banning system, there are a lot of players (including past me) who were unnecessarily toxic for no reason, witch in most cases resulted in a temporary game ban, going up the escalation process. Now this is a normal thing to happen in situations like this, but there is ONE thing that I would change about this process, and it being that every year or so you go down a step in the banning escalation process IF you do not break the rules during that time.

I know some people might not deserve this kind of thing, but some other people can change drastically over time, and that is the exact reason why I am suggesting the one-step reset to be 1 year or more, and not one month like people have suggested in the past, so people don't repeat their mistakes again, and learn from them.

This seems useless at first, since if you do not break the rules again, you don't get banned again, end of discussion, but some people (including me) that actually care about their account and this game will want to keep their account as clean as possible, witch is where this feature comes into play.

Now I know this is just a suggestion, and it might not even be possible to even implement this kind of thing, but if it is, than it would be a great addition to this system.

I agree, you shouldn't get permanent ban for some stupid things typed in the EGC chat. Some people have been doing that for years and they still have yet to get banned......

I think permanent ban should be available only for cheating
