Did the perk overhaul happen or is it going to happen?

The devs said in the anniversary live that there would be another significant changes in several perks like it happened at the time of the old DH but i'm a little confused...

This mid-chapter changed a considerable number of perks so... this is the HUGE perk overhaul? if it really is, i can say i'm a little disappointed.

    We already overhauled the meta this year, back in march. it'd just be annoying to have another 3 months later, so they made a bunch of weak perks stronger. Which is what everyone keeps asking for instead lol.

    There’s not going to be a huge overhaul in one patch, they said they’ll change a smaller number of perks every big update.

    I forgot we started 7th year now and when you said "this year" you were referring to 6th year. thanks for clarifying

    if anything the game needs more constant change on perks not less.. 3 months and the game already can feel stale.
