It’s safe to say that these are ######### now, like seriously ?why punish long phases ? It takes almost 30 seconds for the power to recharge when running the amulet….-_-

    I suggested recovery to be capped at 15 seconds. It would still make recovering add ons more viable and duration add ons wouldn't be completely gutted. Oh well, at least rusty flute is undoubtedly one of her best add ons now.
