Tapes are too much safe for survivor
Yoy dont gain condemn, you can put it in any tv and you also get to shut down two tvs in the process

After playing against her quite a bit she feels significantly weaker.

That's discouraging. I played her abit BEFORE the change and was kinda hoping the changes would change her in a positive way instead of just neutering her and calling it a day. I was hoping her tapes would be treated similarly to Plague's pools where you have to really think if you want to use them. Sounds like it's basically a pure net positive though. Getting caught with a tape in your hand, which is the worst outcome of taking it, is pretty tame.

Just add back the thing where you have to go to a certain TV and boom fixed because grabbing a tape to walk 5ft and deposit is not ok

My experience of her today has been 50/50. One tunneled from the start and the other I couldn't put the tape into any TV, it was a specific one I had to place it in. I believe she came in with this add-on.

Yeah I basically don't really see a negative to just everyone taking tapes. Then the only stacks you're getting is IF you get hit and it's only 2. It also negates all the passive condemn by holding them. If for some weird reason you happen to get higher on stacks it's an easy instant insert to remove most the condemn. For safe it is to hold a tape and negate all passive condemn I don't see the reason for the teleport cooldown at all, much less allowing them to put the tape in any tv now. A bunch of negatives added to her that feel overall worse than what she even gained.
Essentially it feels like it averages out to be less condemn on everyone. If anyone actually gets mori'd they just played very badly and got greedy.
Only real positive here is the faster tv respawns, it feels quite nice. That said she also got her old ultra rare neutered for it. Which if the intent was to make her less reliant on that addon, then why now make her new ultra rare required? Seems confusing.
I would still give her a multitude of other buffs as most all of her core issues were not addressed at all and she still feels very unthreatening to me.
I think we're all confused on the watch nerf though, like what?

Excel Spreadsheets showed a high usage rate on Reiko's Watch.
Nerfing it from 50% to 33% should also reduce the usage rate by 27% right?

Which I would say was their wrong way of interpreting the spreadsheets.
Instead of nerfing them because of their usage they should have asked themselves why is it used so much?
It would have been better if they realized it was because of flaws in their base design that the addons were being used to correct. IE they should have baked them base kit instead of nerfing the addons from use.

Just remember old Object of Obsession and the spreadsheets defense for not nerfing it.

currently i am winning with sadako quicker then previous sadako but this could also because my opponents are not playing well.

You can only put tapes into televisions that are on. If she’s teleporting around the map (which gives survivors condemn) it’s difficult to find televisions that you can drop a tape in. You definitely have to do some searching.
