Is this a bug or the way Plot twist is intended.

As most know, Plot twist allows you to put yourself into the dying state and pick yourself back up fully healed a maximum amount of 2 times, (perk reactivates once exit gates are powered), However if you run this with unbreakable you should be able to pick yourself up 3 times in total while only being fully healed 2/3 times you do it however it seems that when you pick yourself up the first time, it deactivates both Plot Twists and UB's ability to self pick up at the same time, I was wondering if this was how the perk was intended to be used or if it was a bug, cause if it isn't a bug then there's not really much point in running UB with it.
