If you BM or taunt, why complain about getting tunneled in endgame chat?

I don't understand people who literally tbag or constant flashlight click at you when you are the killer. They are saying "chase me!". And usually, chasing them is a bad idea because they're the best looper 95/100 matches. But if you do chase them and tunnel them out first, it baffles me how many of them get mad in the end game chat (including their teammates). Just had one in my last match.

What was the point of tbagging or flashlight clicking if not to get chased constantly?

Really depends the flashlight clicking is definitely a bm but sometimes the tbag can mean different things this game just needs more emotes on both sides so that it isn't as confusing for the tbag that isn't meant to be rude

I don't BM unless the Killer starts out tunneling or camping, then its all gloves off. Sometimes it works getting their attention away from the freshly unhooked survivor, sometimes it doesnt.

Sometimes taunts are strategic, not toxic, to let you in on one of my survivor secrets.

As a survivor, I taunt at the first pallet drop to test the water. If I get an enraged killer who wants to chase me for the rest of the match whilst the other three survivors do the gens and escape (this happens from time to time) then I'm happy to oblige. A win for me is three or more survivors escaping, even if I die in the process. And by the end of the game I've got my one or two pips.

But mostly, they're probably just being toxic, so hook those suckas and let them complain in the post-game chat!
