How to enable in-game voice lines for Nick Cage?

I recall seeing gameplay videos of Nick with his voice lines, and would like to incorporate it into my game, is there a certain setting I must enable or am I missing something?

He says them randomly by default, if you want to see subtitles they are in the settings
