Switch - Exit gates won’t open

Playing as Nic Cage on Dvarka the exit gate wouldn’t open. I had the prompt but I tried twice to open them with no luck.
In the same round my character also froze when trying to drop a pallet .. it was like the game had a delay transmitting the command.
