Sometimes, the item you get is a very rare item instead of just sticking to rare items. I managed to get a ranger medkit with a syringe. Is it nice? Yes, but this power creeps plunderer's instinct and ace in the hole. Therefore, it should probably be changed. Not changing it removes the sense of decision-making when it comes to which perks to use, something I feel is an important element to this game's balance design.
