BHVR, make Nicolas Cage Voicelines hearable when in chase as a killer

It's so sad to not heard Nicolas voicelines when you play as a killer like, if we was capable to heard him close when he is healing or hiding it will be a problem but, making his voice available in chase will be fantastic
