When is there enough toxicity in one match that it becomes bannable?
This is not including endgame chat which is a little more obvious what would trigger these things (irl threats, racism, sexism, etc.)
Just had a game with a killer who I found out after the match was tunneling me, hitting me many many times on hook, pretending to take advantage me on the ground (by leaving me slugged and walking back and forth behind me as if he were doing you know what), simply because I ran the Lucky Break perk. He was very very vocal in endgame chat about how he is justified in his actions because I was running that perk. I found it a little ironic since he was playing Blight with some of his best addons and arguably best perks on a map that was very easy for Blight to traverse yet was mad that I ran one specific perk.
So my question is this: If this person never talked trash in the endgame chat on top of this, is this enough to warrant a ban of some sort? Or are we considering this just "part of the game"? I personally think people need to get cracked down on more often but I could be in the minority.

No. The only toxicity people get banned for is literal death threats and hate speech.
