PS4 Initialisation Completed Bug

My PS ID is «MohanMC_TUR», after «Nick Cage» update my game doesn’t load. Stucks on Initialisation Completed message during loading screen. Game copy is from PS Extra catalogue. PS account is from Turkey. IP from Russia. Have no clue what to do, can’t play for several days.

I’ve tried to wait it out, but after several hours screen didn’t change at all: «Initialisation Completed» and that’s all.

How can I be updated on the status of this issue? Checking forums everyday, but have no idea when I’ll be able to spent my money on Nick Cage xD
