Killer Vision Bug: Legion Party Crasher (Julie)

Platform: I am on PC, but the issue was first mentioned to ME by a console player. So seems to be universal.
Step 1: Play as Legion using Julie's "Party Crasher" skin.
Step 2: Enter a frenzy and start running. Her hood cuts into the FOV as she moves her head from side to side, obscuring a large portion of her vision, not to mention how distracting it is.

- Legion with the Party Crasher (Julie) skin
- Perks do not matter
- Map does not matter
- Happens every time with the mentioned skin
