Wraith with Shadow Dance addons + Brutal Strength. Maybe Fire Up if you really wanna commit but idk that it makes that big of a difference.
The best part about doing it that way is that if you add a few select other perks (Eruption, Nowhere To Hide, maybe a few others), you actually have a pretty solid build overall.

Play wraith with both pallet break speed addons. use brutal strength, enduring, spirit fury and fire up. you break pallets near instantly
