Sometimes there are problems with internet connection and people that dc because of that would appreciate being able to reconnect to the game. There are bots after dc now, so I think it's possible to give people option to recconect to the game.

Have you not seen the delay announcement in the Reddit AMA?
'Due to limited space in each release and the unexpected complexity of the update needed for the reconnect feature, the update has been delayed a LOT longer than we wanted. :D However, it's been designed and we are working on releasing something in early 2026.'
