PC - Nick Cage locked downed bug

Using Nick Cages new Plot twist perk, you can hold the activate keys on PC and will lock you in downed and killer can't pick you up. This is easily abusable and can intentionally lock the killer in the game until death timer kills the player.
This can work as many times as the player can use plot twist and stop the killer from hooking you. The bug stops once the keys are released but this is still a bug that needs to get fixed soon.
