Blood Echo and Genetic Limits

Does anyone know how these two perks interact? Does it stack or if your timer from blood Echo is below 32 seconds by the time you heal does it just go back up to 32 seconds?

    Multiple instances of the same status effect don't stack in terms of their duration. If your Exhausted timer from Blood Echo is below 32 seconds, Genetic Limits will reset it to 32 seconds. If Blood Echo's remaining time is still higher than 32 seconds then it will just stay where it's at.
