Give Up/Surrender option

Both killers and survivors get into unwinnable matches.

They can range from a small goofy mistake to the worst mistake of the game that decided the result of that game!

I think it would save a lot of DCs and frustration if we both get an option for an early surrender,and not the suicide on hook that will screw the rest of the game..but something more official and endorsed!
