availability of the left 4 dead infected shirts

i understand these shirts came out years ago but only for pc/ steam users who followed dbd. i thought it was a timed exclusive in 2017 that i must’ve missed when i began playing and i was a little upset since i played l4d/ l4d2 alot and stuff with my brothers and seeing it dbd was super sick. would there be any chance that users who would follow dbd on their consoles could also recieve the cosmetics? from my understanding, people can follow dbd on playstation (as i have been) and i assume is similar on xbox. i understand if its supposed to be specifically a pc exclusive cosmetic pack but i just think its sad cause from what im aware of, console doesnt have any cosmetics that are exclusive and available whenever that are to the same specicality that the left4 dead shirts have. i have the understanding that it may just be an issue tied into the fact its valve + steam so therefor it cant be done.

in the end im just curious if it was something that could be transfered into a code so that even though a console player is purchasing a steam l4d they can also access the infected shirts or get a code with the purchase of the game.
