Game not loading from start menu

I've been trying to play dbd but ever since 2 days ago it hasn't work, I think the issue is that I closed the game without leaving a match while I was in a rush, either way idk why this is happening, I've tried restarting my game, Uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried turning my wifi on and off, nothing has worked, my platform is switch

    I'm having the same issue as well. Ever since I downloaded the whatever little patch a few days ago. Reinstall didn't work. Clearing cache. Different internet. I'm also a switch playet.
