Artist of the Fog should be a yearly thing just like the Blighted and Waterfront Massacre cosmetics

The artists in the community deserve to be paid for their work and Artist of the Fog collection is the perfect oppotunity for that.

Every year should have different artists create some cosmetics for the game along with some well-known artist to also create some cosmetics as well.

We had Ikumi Nakamura this year, let's get Tom Savini or Masahiro Ito to create some cosmetic designs for the game next year.
