Dance With Me + Boon:Dark Theory Buff
Both perks are somewhat mediocre and in need of some help. This is an older idea I had for both of them, that is made all the more effective with the Fast Vault bugfix, so worth bringing up again.
Dance With Me (on the cooldown) and Boon: Dark Theory would now additionally convert Medium Vaults into Fast Vaults, with a different sound effect (and maybe a perk tooltip for HoH/Deaf Killers) to tell it was perk granted. This way some weaker Medium Vault only windows have additional use when altered by either of these perks.
This wouldn't be too powerful, because the Killer can snuff the boon if used too much. Dance With Me has a 40s cooldown, so it can't be used repeatedly. Also if you Fast Vaulted a Window/Pallet normally with Dance With Me, it would put the perk on cooldown anyways.

I see you both cared enough about the semantics of my perk effectiveness description, but what do you think of the proposed buff?
Also I am confused in what matches/circumstances Dance With Me is getting enough value that you would describe it as 'great'. I would only see it as 'good' at best on a favorable day.
