PC - Mouse keeps freezing while game is open

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Issue starts immediately and persists until game is closed

DeadByDaylight.log
  • Happens regardless of playing killer or survivor
  • When mouse freezes, it stops recognizing movement and any clicking as well
  • Freezing happens about every 4 to 10 seconds and lasts for about a second each time
  • Freezing also happens in other applications while DBD is open
  • I tried attaching a video of the mouse movement, but it says mp4 files aren't allowed
