Trapper buffs
Trapper is the mascot of dead by daylight. Yet is so outdated its laughable. However its important to note he is the mascot, starter killer and should serve to be fun,simply, and balanced (which of now, he is not)
to start, the most complicated change would be making his iri- addon- which makes a random trap reset every 30 seconds, (there could be some reskinned version of the trap to make this make sense)
its just not ethical to go around the map, searching for your beartraps,replacing them and then having to deal with a singular survivor out of the 4 you have to patrol make you a m1 killer for the trial.
also. Make addon that have and hold 1 extra trap base kit. Never saw why he was limited to only 2 besides design. But even then 3 is naturally better.
for the traps themselves though. Remove the rng from them. Why make such a reliable power become rng based? Its not in favor of either survivor nor killer.
Lastly, a injured survivor goes into mending state if they step in a bear trap. Basis logic on this one.
ADDONS ONS
iri addon replaced gets replaced with;
AGILE SNARE:
When a survivor enters a trap, gain a 10% speed increase, this effect is disabled once player leaves traps or injure a survivor
rare-addon replaced-
BROKEN SHACKLES
A survivor stepping in your trap in inflicted with broken for 60 seconds
Overall this is all i need for basekit trapper to become reliable.
