Plague corrupt purge hitbox very inconsistent (ps4)

Issue is in the title. Corrupt purge is quite unreliable as often you can see it pass through survivors but no damage is dealt. Other times you can see them react to a hit but again nothing happens. I am aware that the actual projectiles of the purge do not line up with the visuals but it is incredibly frustrating. Corrupt purge should have the same hitbox as vile purge or update the visuals to reflect the actual projectiles of the vomit. Additionally, and this applies for both corrupt and vile purge, please fix the issue of phantom hits which is an issue that has been plaguing this killer since launch. Thanks.
