Boil Over alone seems way too strong on alot of maps, or is that just me?

Combined with Breakout and facing four ppl, I find that it is close to impossible to hook in some cases, and it does not take a four man stack at all to achieve this.

I think you need to calm the % on Boil Over on the dropdown bonus or maybe even remove it as it is strong enough without.

    those perks are designed to make hooking as hard as possible. enforces slugging gameplay.

    The only thing these perks achieve is a bit more lying down in dirt than usual.

    also breakout is 5m now, please bring it survivors, please I want free hits on you.

    Complain about how swf is the issue. I never see this being done in solo q because there's no comms.
