Been mulling over what the alien's mechanics might be like. And got to thinking, one of the best horror moments is that whole moment when it seems safe then something drips down onto the character, they look up and get pounced from above.
It's a very "Alien" move, but regardless even if they haven't done this with the xenomorph it would be a really cool mechanic to base a killer around, being able to climb high walls/ as an antiloop on those tiles and/or go upside down on ceilings with some sort of pounce ability. Combined with an undetectable mechanic could make for some really cool jumpscare moments.
Like maybe a spider themed original killer or really any bestial type killer would fit this ability.
