Loss of DLC

Am a former stadia player here. On the last update all of my DLC characters bought through stadia became unplayable and show as I purchased, yet still show progress. The same thing happened in the previous update to many of us in the same position, as seen on here and Reddit forums. I put in a ticket for this on 7/26 and have received no follow up and still cannot use 80% of the characters, survivor or killer. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
