Too many people are focusing on Made For This when Killer imbalance is a huge problem
Note: I play both killer and survivor.
Edit: Wording was way too dismissive of MTF
It seems several discussions are revolving around Made for This being a problem in the meta. I personally don't see any issues on it alone but I can see it can go out of hand when stacked (still a few people are exaggerating for the sake of hate).
I think we should push more of our focus on the imbalances between killers and their base kits.
For example Wesker, who can travel large distances, has a giant terror radius while Nurse and Blight, who can also travel large distances, have a regular one.
Freddy, an M1 killer who can teleport between generators, has a larger cooldown than all the other teleporting killers, one of which isn't even an M1 killer.
Trapper and Hag who have to stop and take a few seconds to set a trap while Singularity and Skull Merchant can still move while setting their drones/pods which activate immediately.
I'd like to see other's input on this, as I feel like the differences between different killers gets them shafted as a "worse" version of eachother.

Is this thread about MFT not being strong or about the 3 meta killers being to strong? I´m confused.

I kind of where you are getting at. I will agree that yes Blight and Nurse add ons do need to be nerfed. I also say buff more the weaker killers like Freddy, Michael,Trapper, etc. What I don’t agree is that MFT doesn’t need a nerf. I say it does cause it causes problems when being used on certain maps. I know I complained a lot about map designs.
I just wish they tone down the certain loops, windows, and tiles on a bunch of maps that are still also problematic. So I kind of agree and disagree with what you are saying. I say that again because MFT doesn’t help with the map designs. So anyway for now I say they should changed the maps more. But if I going to be honest I say nerf MFT more cause working on map designs take time. So anyway maybe they’ll nerf the map designs more first. Apologizes for going off-topic and for saying nerfing weak killers that was a typo, lol.
Edited: When I said Nurse needed a nerf in her add-ons I should of said her power. But then again reworking her can be difficult from my understanding. But sorry for the confusion, just wasn’t sure how to nerf Nurse again.

One perk reguires finding a totem, then spending time booning it and has range limit and gives everyone within the limited range 2% Haste and Killer can disable the perk for a while at least.
The second perk reguires you to be injured (so in every single game and most chases this will happen anyway) to get 3% Haste and you also get shield if you heal someone while injured and every person can run this. You just can't use other direct speed boosting exhaustion perks. It also is best friend with Hope making you almost as fast as the Killer in end game.
Do I need to say more?

It's about how killers with similar mechanics are treated differently by BHVR for no reason. Nurse and Blight were just used as examples of how high mobility killers are treated differently terror radius wise.
I just highlighted MFT because everyone's talking about it through several discussions. However, I don't personally have a problem with it.

No I get what you're saying, a lot of the advantages seem map based. Like how The Game is pallets galore while Macmillan and the Swamp maps sometimes feel pallet starved (Although Macmillan has an issue with several connecting window loops). Something like making MTF deactivate during endgame so it doesn't stack with Hope (the issue I'm seeing highlighted the most) might be the way to go for the short term.
I think in general killers should be nerfed and buffed so they feel more equal, of course a lot of that highlights the “meta killers” but as you said, weaker killers will definitely need changed in some aspects, even if it is in the form of a few nerfs mixed with buffs.

I agree that all killers should get some form of change as well. Like both buffs and nerfs to also help balance things out too. I also like your nerf idea on MFT. I can see something like that idea come into play. But overall the whole game could sure use some more balancing ideas and fixes for sure.

Which addon specifically would you nerf for Nurse?

MacMillan maps? Which specifically? Mac has a lot of different maps with lots of different setups. Suffo is probably the only one with connecting windows around the mid and that's by design. Mac and Auto are arguably the most balanced realms in the game.

i can't see the correlation between your points. killers DO get outclassed but what does that have to do with mft? mft still needs a nerf and bhvr still needs to be careful to keep killers' uniqueness, regardless of our focus.

I don't disagree you with older killers needing buffs.
Unfortunately that is up to BHVR and not forum posters.
Im just neutral on MFT, despite all the hyperbole and hysterics about it I don't personally find it that strong or worthy of a slot.

I probably should of worded my words better. Apologies for that, I should of said maybe rework her power in someway but then again trying to rework Nurse is a little bit difficult from my understanding.
