if 3 survivors don't repair gen just in/out locker and pick up/drop item.

the match will last for one hour until up to the maximum time of matches.

32m terror killer even don't have any chance to find survivors if don't carry any perk about search.

    The only reason 3 Survivors aren't attempting gens is when the Killer is holding the match hostage (in spirit, not RAW sadly). Chase a Survivor instead of camping gens for the past 15-30 minutes and they'd be willing to play. Engage in normal gameplay with them, and they engage in normal gameplay with you.

    I have only had this be a problem when 2 people are hiding for hatch, waiting out each other. That would be better served by a surrender vote that randomly kills one of them and gives the other the choice of death or the chance of hatch.
