Killer idea: The Sinner

I have a bias towards m1 play, but unfortunately, most killers aren't really suited for it. Or if they are, they aren't that good against survivors that know what they are doing because of pallets and windows basically being a get out of jail free card often enough to stall until endgame. That's why I wanted to come up with a killer that changed this dynamic. Tell me what balance changes you would make!

The Sinner

A man turned monster by malevolent forces, he is more than human, yet less because of it. Banished to the entity's realm by an unknown priest, it stalks for prey in the name of it's new master.

Power: Evil's taint

There are 4 'items of purity' across the map. The sinner can 'corrupt' each item for a 20% bonus to breaking and vaulting speed per corrupted item. When all items are corrupted, the killer gets aura reading on all survivors for 5 seconds every 30 seconds. In turn, survivors can 'purify' these corrupted items which removes that relic's bonus to the killer's vaulting and breaking speed. Each survivor who purifies an item can pick up a 'holy relic' which grants a free heal after being injured for 20 seconds until the item is made inert by the killer or hit while injured. While wielding this holy relic the killer can either 'corrupt' the holy relic making it inert for 60 seconds before they can properly corrupt the item or hit the survivor who purified it while they are injured and automatically make the purified holy relic inert for 30 seconds before it can be corrupted again. Survivors downed while under the effect of a purified relic are instantly brought back to injured, but with deep wounds.

Perks

Hex: bloodletting- All basic attacks apply deep wounds, whenever a survivor heals from deep wounds, you gain aura reading on all other survivors. The aura reading has a cooldown of 30 seconds. This effect can be repeated until the hex is cleansed, in which case all deep wounds effects, including those not from the hex, will be removed.

Flavor Text- Your devotion to the entity has given you the strength to make your targets a living blood sacrifice

Scourge hook: Hunter's delight- Whenever you hook a survivor on a scourge hook, gain a 5% haste bonus for 30 seconds.

Flavor Text- it's not just the completion of a hunt that excites it, it's the knowing a new prey must be found that brings a great fervor.

Unholy Domain- when hooking survivors in basement, gain a token up to 8 tokens. Each token gives a stacking 1% haste when carrying a downed survivor. In addition, you see a survivor's aura for 10 seconds when they unhook another survivor in basement. If basements are made into scourge hooks, any scourge hook effect that would be applied when hooking on them is doubled either in duration or effect.
