Is this part of the server issues that have been going on or this a me thing?

I play on pc microsoft. And i've done everything i can think of to fix this. Any ideas?

    This is something new that started a few updates ago. It prevented me from playing survivor side completely for a couple of weeks, then went away. Others were having similar issues at the same time. Bug reports were filed, but to my knowledge no response was ever given.
