The clown is too strong against average survivors.
Even the weakest player for clown can easily catch weak and average survivors due to slowing tonics. The only way to escape from the clown is to blindly drop pallets and run as far away as possible. It cannot be looped by the usual methods. I think the clown should be fixed, namely his slowing tonic. I think it is necessary to remove the screen distortion while receiving the debuff and make less debuff to speed. Because at the moment a lot of clowns are playing publically and it is very difficult to win against them unless you swf team of strong survivors

The screen disortion I'm down to have removed as it has caused many players to feel sick and it could be replaced by some other effect that still limits vision but not in a sickening way.
Asking to nerf Clown's tonic however is absurd. Clown is mid tier (unless you are Arinad) and pre dropping pallets is a completely valid counter. If he neefs anything it's a buff to his bottles, such as three of each (six in total) before he needs to reload rather than four between both.

clown strong killer? this poor guy doesn't run at 12 m/s or go through walls. just keep your distance from him, learn to play

Screen distortion could be made simply more static so players don't have an issue with it.
But completely removing it would be huge nerf for a killer who doesn't need it.

Clown is probably one of the top 7 weakest killers in the game and strong tiles work against him perfectly fine, weaker pallets must get pre-dropped and you will get a hit, just how he works, but besides that he has nothing, no mobility, no map pressure, he is just not a good killer.
