Is it time to update Hag?
Hag is up until this point one of the least touched killer in DBD by the devs. This has been largely warranted for most of the games history as she's both strong but also has always had solid counterplay and while not popular she was for the most part well balanced.
But it's been 7 years and Hag is starting to show her age. The game is getting faster and faster and Hag's playstyle is getting left behind as a result. MfT probably effects Hag more than any other killer in the game as it means Hag can no longer go for lunge hits after a teleport as the survivor is often out of range. Beyond this BHVR for whatever reason created even more counterplay to Hag as now any survivor can wipe away traps meaning there's a decent chance your time investment of setting up a web could be for nothing.
We know BHVR plans to weaken 3 genning in general in the future which will in turn also weaken Hag even further as making a web will be even worse. So with that said is it time for Hag to get a revamp? I don't know if she needs a full rework or just tweaks to how certain things work or it's time for her to be 115% but it's clear Hag's sun is setting and it's only a matter of time before she's overtakes Twins to once again be the least played killer.
So to tl;dr
-Survivor meta currently counters Hag
-Hag has recently received a huge nerf
-We know there are changes in the future that will further weaken Hag
What if anything can save this killer?

Don't fix it, if it's not broken. I would be fine if the devs reverted the changes to flashlights in regards to her traps but otherwise I think she's fine. The meta will change again and Hag will remain somewhat strong. Changing too much about her kit is only going to cause more problems.

She is nice to play, I don't have to sweat as hag honestly if you know the maps and perfect your trap placement she can be very oppressive. I mean sure you'll have the occasional team that'll have one follow you and wipe your traps away while the others slam gens but against that coordination most trap killers would lose. MFT shouldn't really affect hag considering she isnt a chase killer, you should t be actively chasing as hag unless it's a for sure hit. Most hits should be from good trap placement.

As a killer main who plays a lot of Hag.
(Pyramid Head, Oni, Slinger, Dredge, Nurse, Ghostie, Doc, and Hag)
I say no. Hag is on my opinion the 3rd strongest killer in the game. Right behind Nurse and Blight.
Just like Nurse and Blight she requires practice. But unlike Nurse and Blight you not chase. I know Chess Merchant is a meme, bjt but I'm being serious when I say Hag is big brain and like playing chess. Set your traps and herd the survivors into them. It takes practice and forethought and predictions.

I typically LOVE going against hag (I know I’m weird). Maybe it’s because she’s not used a lot so it can be fun. I just got off the game and played against hag. I’m not sure why nobody uses her because this hag was AMAZING! We got 1 gen done and she really put pressure on us. This event has made it so gens have been going quickly but she knew what she was doing lol I ended up getting hatch but just like the person said at the top of the comments, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Hag doesn't need rework.
Also Hag was recently changed quite a lot. Add-on buffs and removing flashlight on her traps + adding base kit counterplay to her traps. That's pretty big deal.
Unlike other killers... Hello Twins, who last thing they recived was nerfs and that's like 1+ year ago from now.
