PC, Change progress from Epic Games To Steam (lost auric cells)

Good night, ill be quick: My problem ocurred after changing my progess from Epic games to Steam, i lost all my auric cells. (i buyed the auric cells in epic games, after some time i changed to steam and they disappear)

the auric cells are exclusive to each platform if you change they will stay on the previous platform
