lost bonus role bloodpoints

So the game showed i got the bonus bloodpoints on the 13th but now my cap is at 2085000 when i should have around 1 million more as i wanted to save up for when Alien drops so i kinda just lost my bonus bloodpoints but not sure if anything can be done against this, and haven't seen any other post baout this, i would love some help

The bloodpoints received from log in bonuses go above the cap, as they have a different pool compared to the points you receive in matches. If you still think you are missing points, please contact Support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight
