There Should Be No Challenges To Just Win
There shouldn't be any challenges that ask you to get 4Ks or to escape. They encourage tryhards, and often make you angry if you can't get a win.
With the event having a mission that asks for a 4K as a Clown, it just makes me angry attempting to get it because Clown is not all that strong. As I play him rarely, playing him just to win is frustrating.
Having relaxed and fair builds (which I prefer to use) do not work on killers you rarely play, and so it makes you have to try super hard in order to win, which is not healthy.
People have to learn to play DbD to have fun, not to just win. Again, when you really want to win but can't win, it only makes you angry, and that is not good for anyone.

I didn't mind that "noone leaves through gate"
But actually 4k requirement is annoying, where you can't even play the hatch.

I don't see the issue. Play that killer a few times and chances are you'll 4K at least one of them.

I also feel like challenges shouldn't be stuff forcing you to throw the game...
They should be stuff that happen naturally throughtout normal gameplay loop...

Again, it goes often with killers you don't play much or killers on the weaker end. For instance, Trapper: if you don't play him all the time, then a 4K would probably make you have to bring some of the strongest add-ons and perks as he is possibly the weakest killer in the game.
And yeah, you could play often until you get a 4K, but it just goes to getting lucky with less skilled survivors, and that's a bit of a stupid way to get a 4K. Playing against survivors far from your MMR is annoying.

That should definitely happen more, but I still find it good to have some missions that give you side objectives, and I want everyone to be doing it often.
Yeah, if one survivor has to get glyphs while the rest and killer need to win, it'd throw the game. But if everyone sort of just plays relaxed and works for side objectives, it makes it more fun as you don't have to try to win so badly. It makes each game different too, causing it to be less repetitive.

Still, though, it's not good for missions to encourage people to win. Again, it leads to more tryhards, meaning more tunneling, camping, Brand New Parts, etc.

I'm happy they always do allow a different path, but still, I dislike missions encourages unhealthy plays. Toolbox missions too.
