3 gen skull merchants what is fun about that stratagy?

I know the skull merchant came out months ago and I know that dbd is also a competitive game but the skull merchant is in my and many others opinion completly ruins the game and in my matches against these types of skull merchant players i just dc unless there is a survivor that is somehow able to make the SM's experience a living hell which is rare. Also i know everyone is entitled to their opinions and that it is also the devs fault for designing a killer like this and not fixing it. But what is so fun about this playstyle?
