Red perks per character for bonus

May I recommend have a higher upgrade perk colored Red (next level to purple) only for character specific perks. Example Nea Karlsson when equipping any of three perks (Balanced Landing, Urban evasion, Streetwise) will be red and give additional 5-10% bonus or extra 1-2 seconds bonus. This way playing a specific Survivor can give more bonus for their perk and also help Killer estimate what they are using. Also give bonus for Killer using their own perks.
