Killers Not Getting Stunned By Pallets

Issue: I played several matches of DBD, and in each game the Killers did not get stunned when hit with a pallet, they'd continue their animation (if they had swung their weapon or started their power) or would continue moving like nothing had happened (I'd still get the score event though). It happened in 5 separate games against a Wraith, Knight, Hillbilly and two separate Onis.
Earlier today I was against a Mastermind and there was no problem with stuns.
