What to do with toxic dbd players?

Hi, I've been trying to play a game as an kille for the past two days.
And in every game I meet a whole toxic team, they crouch down, wave flashlights, wait at the gate. I can't win!!
it is sad :(
So I have a question, how to play a normal game?

Try custom game with bots, it's a good way to practice playing as Killer.
