As a Killer main I now understand peoples hatred for Nurse
So I started playing back in 2017. Michael was still brand new and scary.
I only played nurse once and HATED her kit, probably due to how janky and laggy DBD was back then. So for 6 years I never touched her, hell I haven’t even prestiged her.
Until a week ago, I saw they updated a bunch of add-ons and decided to check them out on Hag then Nurse. (Side note: I love this new speed hag build if anyone wants it I’ll leave a picture bellow). Now I gravitated to the new add-on that makes her a 4.6 for 60 seconds but turns off her power and the old one that let me see where I’m going (I still suck at distance judging) and played 4 games.
4Ks, every single one.
I noticed it’s mainly due to her just being able to disadvantage any type of distance you can imagine and have high map control. Now I’m not going to give a speech on how they can change her (because I have no idea) but I will say I understand the frustration.

2023 Nurse
You are winning against survivors by turning a M2 killer into a M1 killer for 60s. What does that say about the survivors you're facing?

I Remember one was a squad running a meta build. You now MTF, BNP, Adrenaline, Lithe and That one that lets her insta revive downed teammates. So it wasn’t newer players but also not pixel perfect survivors either.

Nurse can be super oppressive at low to med levels and at high levels unless your absolutely cracked the survs will make you pay for the smallest mistakes. 4 matches aren't enough to justify how broken or op she is honestly I usually play around 9 to 15 a night as a p72 nurse I've learned that you'll destroy most survs because they simply DC or have no idea how to play against her. The are squads out there that will cook you though through sheer team work and know how. Against a nurse you can't bs around doing totems or challenges you gotta crank gens separately and spread out. While in chase you have to use a combo of los blockers, double backs, irregular pathing and the environment( trees, hay bales, bushes and rocks f'n suck). Lastly you must pay attention to how many blinks she has at any given moment. If she double blinked and whiffed the cool down is super long. The biggest mistake I see most surv make when I placement blink and enter fatigue theyll just run straight so I can see their scratch marks or feet still instead of moving out of my fov, or just thinking they can hold w in a straight line to escape. Irregular pathing will always cause problems because blinks are usually based off of game sense and prediction of what people usually do. Just a few tips 😁. She is a bit op in the end, and they could make match box basekit as well as not allowing her to blink through floors or certain walls, you want to make her blinks actually require skill and be super high risk and just med high reward.
