Scavenger challenge
Its bugged as hell ive even did it 3 times recycling ur toolbox how on hell u get it.
I used my toolbox even when debuff was active and no way

Use Built to Last to refill your toolbox and use it up again. It worked for me.

I tried it at first and didnt worked so Ive tried it with the legal way and didnt work too

I just did it with built to last on a brown toolbox with no add-ons and it worked fine. Maybe try re-starting the game, I remember a while ago I had a challenge that wouldn't get validated for no reason so I tried again the day after it worked.

I did the same thing and got it straight away. Brown toolbox, Build to Last and Scavenger. Empty toolbox, Build to Last and empty the same toolbox again. Done. Maybe deselect and select the challenge again, that might help.

Un-select the tome entry then re-select it. There's a bug that hasn't been fixed yet where the game ignores credit unless it's reset.
