put a hook in the basement of badham preschool already

It's completly ridicilous that we have to walk all the way up the stairs to break a wall and then walk down the stair gain just to try to get a hook, and even then 1 hit and they are out. Just make a hook spawn there when basement isn't in main building cause this has been in the game for a while now and in a game like dbd where every seconds counts it's really dumb. You guys put a hook on the 3rd floor of rpd before so I see why you can't do the same to badham.
