please have killer perks effect lullabies

theres too many perks that don't really work with killers like freddy per say because he has a lullaby in the dream world, with that being his sole power, perks like unnerving presence, coulrophobia, and more. can it please not only affect terror radius's but also lullabies too?

It can be a great idea... But the lullaby from huntress is very large

Just remove Oblivious from Freddy and the problems solved. It does nothing but prevent him from using terror radius perks while having no benefit from the lack of a terror radius.
