Xbox-Twins randomly get stuck if you switch to Victor

I was on the bottom floor on the main boat in Pale Rose, Blackwater swamp, in the center of it when I unbound Victor and found myself unable to move, look around, pounce, or switch back to Charlotte. Happened late into the match where I was previously having no problems unbinding.
