Ps5- cannot use flashbangs and pick up a tape against the onryo

I don’t know if this is intended but you cannot pick up a tape and use a Flashbang at the same time when playing against the onryo. You could before the update. I don’t know what has changed.

    Unfortunately Killer items can now have to be used or dropped before using an item, it sucks... especially against onryo when you should be holding a tape 90% of the match
