Blast mine does not work (no prompt to place on gen)

When using blast mine, i fulfil the generator progress requirement but I have no option or prompt to place the mine onto a generator.

I'm on PS5, playing as David. Running Blast Mine, Lithe, Inner Healing, Deliverance. The match was on the swamp.
