Please for the god of sake why isn't it already an option? The game is literally unplayable for me as I need a stable 77 fps not more not less. 90 causes me input lag and 60 is below my monitors refresh rate.

Everyone could set their own fps settings before the update and it was amazing, now I can't do that either.
